I already have a website, why do I need Design Five?
Our easy-to-use tools let anyone build and manage their own site. You can save time and money by using your own staff to build and update your website. Websites can be updated from anywhere in the world with access to the internet.
Can I use my own domain?
Absolutely. When you first setup a website, you'll be given a designfive.co.uk address, such as mysite.designfive.co.uk so that you can access and administrate your site. But, when you're ready, you can assign any domains that you own to your website. For more information on how to do this please contact us and one of out support team will guide you through the process.

Does it work on a Mac?
Yes! and on PCs. It's all done online, so there's nothing to install. All you need is an internet connection and a modern web browser. Both Safari and Firefox are supported on Mac.
Is there a contract commitment or can I cancel at any time?
There are no setup fees and no contracts. You pay by the month and you can change subscriptions for any of your websites at any time.
What about email?
We provide email accounts with all packages, or we can redirect emails elsewhere if you wish to use another service.
